The articles of association of the interprofessional outpatient healthcare company and any amendments to these articles of association shall be sent, at least one month before they are registered, to the professional orders on whose roll the members are registered and to the regional health agency.

Les statuts de la société interprofessionnelle de soins ambulatoires ainsi que les avenants à ces statuts sont transmis, un mois au moins avant leur enregistrement, aux ordres professionnels aux tableaux desquels sont inscrits les associés ainsi qu’à l’agence régionale de santé.
