The approval of training organisations, aviation medicine expertise centres and medical examiners, as well as the authorisation of examiners provided for in articles L. 410-2, L. 410-3 and L. 410-4 may be withdrawn when one of the conditions for approval or authorisation ceases to be met or when the organisation or individuals present a safety risk due to their working methods, behaviour or the equipment used, and after the person concerned has been given the opportunity to present their observations. In an emergency, approval may be suspended.
These organisations, centres of expertise and persons are subject to control by the Minister responsible for civil aviation under the same conditions as those provided for in articles L. 133-1, L. 133-3 and L. 133-4.
