Opposing or attempting to oppose the performance of the duties of the control officers authorised under article L. 425-2 is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of €7,500 in local currency equivalent.
Failure to comply with prohibition orders issued pursuant to articles L. 425-1-1 and L. 425-1-2 is punishable by the same penalties.
Le fait de s’opposer ou de tenter de s’opposer à l’exercice des fonctions dont sont chargés les agents de contrôle habilités en vertu de l’article L. 425-2 est puni de six mois d’emprisonnement et d’une amende de 7 500 € d’amende dans sa contre-valeur en monnaie locale.
Le fait de ne pas respecter les décisions d’interdiction prononcées en application des articles L. 425-1-1 et L. 425-1-2 est puni des mêmes peines.
