When it has not been possible to verify the housing conditions because the applicant does not yet have the necessary accommodation at the time of application, family reunification may be authorised if the other conditions are met and after the mayor has verified the characteristics of the accommodation and the date on which it will be available to the applicant.

Lorsque la vérification des conditions de logement n’a pas pu être effectuée car le demandeur ne disposait pas encore du logement nécessaire au moment de la demande, le regroupement familial peut être autorisé si les autres conditions sont remplies et après que le maire a vérifié sur pièces les caractéristiques du logement et la date à laquelle le demandeur en aura la disposition.
