Violation of the prohibitions set out in article L. 413-1 is punishable by seven years’ imprisonment and a fine of 750,000 euros:
1° If the falsified or corrupted substance is harmful to human or animal health;
2° If the acts were committed as part of an organised gang.

La violation des interdictions prévues à l’article L. 413-1 est punie d’une peine d’emprisonnement de sept ans et d’une amende de 750 000 euros :
