Lorsque les informations prévues à l’article L. 423-1 sont insuffisantes, l’autorité administrative peut ordonner par arrêté, dans un délai qu’elle fixe, qu’elles figurent sur les produits, sur leurs emballages ou dans les documents les accompagnant.
