Article L521-19 of the French Consumer Code

Where it is found that a service does not comply with the regulations in force adopted pursuant to Book IV, the authorised agents may order that it be brought into conformity, within a period that they shall set.
This bringing into conformity may concern the products and equipment made available to consumers as part of the provision of services.

Lorsqu’il est constaté qu’une prestation de services n’est pas conforme à la réglementation en vigueur prise en application du livre IV, les agents habilités peuvent en ordonner la mise en conformité, dans un délai qu’ils fixent.
Cette mise en conformité peut concerner les produits et équipements mis à disposition des consommateurs dans le cadre de la prestation de services.
