Article L552-11 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Without prejudice to article L. 345-2-2 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles, in the event of refusal or abandonment of the accommodation offered in application of this chapter, the asylum seeker may not be accommodated in an establishment mentioned in 8° of I of article L. 312-1 or article L. 322-1 of the same code, nor benefit from the application of article L. 300-1 of the Code de la construction et de l’habitation.
A Conseil d’Etat decree, issued after consultation with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, determines the information that must be provided by the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration to the Service intégré d’accueil et d’orientation for the implementation of this article.

Article L552-11

Sans préjudice de l’article L. 345-2-2 du code de l’action sociale et des familles, en cas de refus ou d’abandon de l’hébergement proposé en application du présent chapitre, le demandeur d’asile ne peut être hébergé dans un établissement mentionné au 8° du I de l’article L. 312-1 ou à l’article L. 322-1 du même code, ni bénéficier de l’application de l’article L. 300-1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation.
Un décret en Conseil d’Etat, pris après avis de la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, détermine les informations qui doivent être fournies par l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration au service intégré d’accueil et d’orientation pour la mise en œuvre du présent article.
