Article L562-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Measures taken under this Chapter may be invoked against any third party that has a claim on the funds or economic resources subject to a freezing order, including claims arising prior to the taking of such measures.

Les mesures prises en vertu du présent chapitre sont opposables à tout tiers qui peut invoquer un droit sur les fonds ou ressources économiques faisant l’objet d’une mesure de gel, y compris lorsque ce droit est né antérieurement auxdites mesures.
