Article L562-9 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Ministerial decisions taken pursuant to Articles L. 562-2 and L. 562-3 shall be published by extract in the Journal officiel and shall be enforceable from the date of publication.

Freezing measures taken pursuant to Article L. 562-3-1 shall be enforceable from the date of publication of the identification details of the designated persons in a national register of persons subject to a freezing measure established by decree of the Conseil d’Etat.

Les décisions des ministres arrêtées en application des articles L. 562-2 et L. 562-3 sont publiées par extrait au Journal officiel et sont exécutoires à compter de leur date de publication.

Les mesures de gel prises en application de l’article L. 562-3-1 sont exécutoires à compter de la publication des éléments d’identification des personnes désignées à un registre national des personnes faisant l’objet d’une mesure de gel établi par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
