Article L6114-1-1 of the French Public Health Code

The multiannual contract of objectives and resources referred to in article L. 6114-1 which includes clauses relating to a contribution to the health support of the armed forces in application of articles L. 1435-3-1 and L. 6147-10 is signed, with the agreement of the Minister for Defence, for a period of five years.

The Minister for Defence is consulted prior to the modification or termination of this contract. When the Minister of Defence argues that such modification or termination would be likely to compromise the priority mission of providing medical support to the armed forces mentioned in article L. 6147-7, it may only take place after the expiry of a period of time sufficient to ensure the continuity of this mission.

A decree in the Conseil d’Etat specifies the conditions for application of this article.

Article L6114-1-1

Le contrat pluriannuel d’objectifs et de moyens mentionné à l’article L. 6114-1 qui comporte des clauses relatives à une contribution au soutien sanitaire des forces armées en application des articles L. 1435-3-1 et L. 6147-10 est signé, après accord du ministre de la défense, pour une durée de cinq ans.

Le ministre de la défense est consulté préalablement à la modification ou à la résiliation de ce contrat. Lorsque le ministre de la défense fait valoir que cette modification ou cette résiliation serait susceptible de compromettre la mission prioritaire de soutien sanitaire des forces armées mentionnée à l’article L. 6147-7, celle-ci ne peut intervenir qu’après expiration d’un délai suffisant pour assurer la continuité de cette mission.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat précise les conditions d’application du présent article.
