The provisions of the Public Contracts Code relating to the award of contracts are adapted, by regulation, to the specific conditions of their management.

Les établissements publics de santé sont soumis à un régime administratif, budgétaire, financier et comptable particulier, défini par le présent titre et précisé par voie réglementaire.

Les dispositions du code des marchés publics relatives à la passation des marchés sont adaptées, par voie réglementaire, aux conditions particulières de leur gestion.
