Article L6433-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Members of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council may receive an allowance for each day of attendance at meetings of the Council and the committees provided for by a deliberation of the assembly of which they are a member.

The procedures for applying this article are laid down by deliberation of the territorial council.

Les membres du conseil économique, social et culturel peuvent bénéficier d’une indemnité pour chaque journée de présence aux séances du conseil et des commissions prévues par une délibération de l’assemblée dont ils font partie.

Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par délibération du conseil territorial.
