Article L6433-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Members of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council may receive a travel allowance within the local authority for the expenses they incur in taking part in Council meetings and meetings of the committees of which they are members.

They are also entitled to reimbursement of additional expenses that may arise from the exercise of special mandates entrusted to them by the Council.

The procedures for applying this article are laid down by deliberation of the Territorial Council.

Les membres du conseil économique, social et culturel peuvent recevoir une indemnité de déplacement dans la collectivité pour les frais qu’ils engagent pour prendre part aux réunions du conseil et aux séances des commissions dont ils font partie.

Ils ont en outre droit au remboursement des frais supplémentaires pouvant résulter de l’exercice des mandats spéciaux dont ils sont chargés par le conseil.

Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par délibération du conseil territorial.
