Article L7124-19 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

At the request of the Customary Grand Council of the Amerindian and Bushinenge populations, the territorial collectivity of French Guiana may create a public establishment for cultural and environmental cooperation, a public establishment of an administrative nature subject to the rules defined in Title III of Book IV of Part One of the present Code, subject to the adaptations provided for in Articles L. 7124-20 to L. 7124-22 of the same code. This public body is responsible for implementing article L. 412-10 of the Environment Code.

Article L7124-19

A la demande du grand conseil coutumier des populations amérindiennes et bushinenges, la collectivité territoriale de Guyane peut créer un établissement public de coopération culturelle et environnementale, établissement public à caractère administratif soumis aux règles définies au titre III du livre IV de la première partie du présent code, sous réserve des adaptations prévues aux articles L. 7124-20 à L. 7124-22 du même code. Cet établissement public est chargé de mettre en œuvre l’article L. 412-10 du code de l’environnement.
