Article L722-6 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The penalty of deportation from French territory imposed on a foreigner guilty of a felony or misdemeanour pursuant to articles 131-30 to 131-30-2 of the Criminal Code is enforceable under the conditions set out in the second to fourth paragraphs of article 131-30 of the same code.

Article L722-6

La peine d’interdiction du territoire français prononcée à l’encontre d’un étranger coupable d’un crime ou d’un délit en application des articles 131-30 à 131-30-2 du code pénal est exécutoire dans les conditions prévues aux deuxième à quatrième alinéas de l’article 131-30 du même code.
