Article L. 7342-2 and the first two paragraphs of article L. 7342-3 do not apply when the turnover generated on the platform is below a threshold set by decree. For the purposes of calculating the contribution relating to accidents at work and the contribution to vocational training, only the turnover generated by the worker on the platform is taken into account.
L’article L. 7342-2 et les deux premiers alinéas de l’article L. 7342-3 ne sont pas applicables lorsque le chiffre d’affaires réalisé sur la plateforme est inférieur à un seuil fixé par décret. Pour le calcul de la cotisation afférente aux accidents du travail et de la contribution à la formation professionnelle, seul est pris en compte le chiffre d’affaires réalisé par le travailleur sur la plateforme.
