Article L7424-3 of the French Labour Code

When a homeworker and any of his assistants carrying out the work referred to in Article L. 7424-1 are employed under conditions that do not comply with health and safety at work obligations, the Labour Inspectorate monitoring officer referred to in Article L. 8112-1 may give the client formal notice to cease using the services of this worker.

Lorsque le travailleur à domicile et ses auxiliaires éventuels exécutant des travaux mentionnés à l’article L. 7424-1 sont occupés dans des conditions ne répondant pas aux obligations de santé et de sécurité au travail, l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1 peut mettre le donneur d’ouvrage en demeure de cesser de recourir aux services de ce travailleur.
