Where the court has not yet ruled on the appeal for annulment lodged against the decision imposing an obligation to leave French territory pursuant to article L. 614-1, the foreign national may apply to the court already seised to suspend enforcement of this decision.

Lorsque le juge n’a pas encore statué sur le recours en annulation formé contre la décision portant obligation de quitter le territoire français en application de l’article L. 614-1, l’étranger peut demander au juge déjà saisi de suspendre l’exécution de cette décision.
