Article R113-3 of the French Sports Code

In support of their grant applications, sports associations or the companies they form must provide the following documents:

1° Balance sheets and profit and loss accounts for the last two financial years for which the accounts have been closed, as well as a provisional budget for the sporting year for which the grant is requested;

2° A report on the use of subsidies paid by local authorities and their groupings in respect of the previous sporting season;

3° A forecast document indicating the planned use of the subsidies requested.

These documents must be attached to the decision to award the grant.

Article R113-3

A l’appui de leurs demandes de subventions, les associations sportives ou les sociétés qu’elles constituent doivent fournir les documents suivants :

1° Les bilans et comptes de résultat des deux derniers exercices clos ainsi que le budget prévisionnel de l’année sportive pour laquelle la subvention est sollicitée ;

2° Un rapport retraçant l’utilisation des subventions versées par les collectivités territoriales et leurs groupements au titre de la saison sportive précédente ;

3° Un document prévisionnel qui indique l’utilisation prévue des subventions demandées.

Ces documents doivent être annexés à la délibération qui décide l’octroi de la subvention.
