Article R113-5 of the French Sports Code

The agreement provided for in article L. 113-2 sets out the obligations of each of the parties and mentions all the sums received from the local authorities and their groupings, including those paid pursuant to article L. 113-3.

It indicates, where applicable, that a representative of the local authority has been appointed to monitor the use of the grants awarded.

Article R113-5

La convention prévue à l’article L. 113-2 fixe les obligations de chacune des parties et mentionne l’ensemble des sommes reçues des collectivités territoriales et de leurs groupements, y compris celles qui sont versées en application de l’article L. 113-3.

Elle indique, le cas échéant, qu’un représentant de la collectivité territoriale est désigné pour suivre l’utilisation des subventions accordées.
