Article R1225-19 of the French Labour Code

Priority hiring proposals made by the employer in accordance with Article L. 1225-67 are sent to the employee by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Any refusal by the employee of these proposals shall be sent to the employer in the same form.

Les propositions d’embauche par priorité faites par l’employeur conformément à l’article L. 1225-67 sont adressées au salarié par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception.
Le refus par le salarié de ces propositions est adressé à l’employeur dans la même forme.
