Article R1233-28 of the French Labour Code

In the light of the document provided by the support unit to the employer and the employee, in accordance with the second paragraph of article R. 1233-27, the employer shall specify in a document :
1° The term of the redeployment leave;
2° The services of the support unit from which the employee may benefit;
3° Depending on the case, the precise nature of the training or validation of the experience acquired, as well as the names of the organisations providing these actions;
4° The obligation to comply with the summonses sent to them by the support unit;
5° The remuneration paid during the period of outplacement leave exceeding the period of notice;
6° The employee’s commitments during the outplacement leave and the conditions for terminating this leave as defined in articles R. 1233-34 and R. 1233-36.

Au vu du document remis par la cellule d’accompagnement à l’employeur et au salarié, conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 1233-27, l’employeur précise dans un document :
1° Le terme du congé de reclassement ;
2° Les prestations de la cellule d’accompagnement dont il peut bénéficier ;
3° Selon les cas, la nature précise des actions de formation ou de validation des acquis de son expérience, ainsi que le nom des organismes prestataires de ces actions ;
4° L’obligation de donner suite aux convocations qui lui sont adressées par la cellule d’accompagnement ;
5° La rémunération versée pendant la période du congé de reclassement excédant la durée du préavis ;
6° Les engagements du salarié pendant le congé de reclassement et les conditions de rupture de ce congé définies aux articles R. 1233-34 et R. 1233-36.
