Article R1255-6 of the French Labour Code

Failure to include the name and address of the guarantor and the reference to article L. 1251-49 on documents concerning the temporary employment undertaking, in particular on supply contracts and assignment contracts, in breach of the provisions of the first paragraph of article R. 1251-15, is punishable by a second-class fine.

Failure to comply with the provisions relating to the posting of information on the financial guarantee provided for in the second paragraph of article R. 1251-15 is punishable by the same penalty.

Article R1255-6

Le fait de ne pas faire figurer sur les documents concernant l’entreprise de travail temporaire, notamment sur les contrats de mise à disposition et les contrats de mission, le nom et l’adresse du garant ainsi que la référence à l’article L. 1251-49, en méconnaissance des dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article R. 1251-15 est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la deuxième classe.

Le fait de méconnaître les dispositions relatives à l’affichage des informations sur la garantie financière prévu au second alinéa de l’article R. 1251-15, est puni de la même peine.
