Article R1262-14 of the French Labour Code

The foreign undertaking benefits from the action of the occupational health physician and the other members of the multidisciplinary occupational health team on the working environment as well as from the provisions relating to the undertaking sheet provided for in articles R. 4624-46 to R. 4624-50.

In the case provided for in 3° of article L. 1262-1 and when the company intervenes on behalf of a private individual, this action only takes place at the request of the foreign company.

Article R1262-14

L’entreprise étrangère bénéficie de l’action du médecin du travail et des autres membres de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire de santé au travail sur le milieu de travail ainsi que des dispositions relatives à la fiche d’entreprise prévue aux articles R. 4624-46 à R. 4624-50.

Dans le cas prévu au 3° de l’article L. 1262-1 et lorsque l’entreprise intervient pour le compte d’un particulier, cette action n’a lieu que sur demande de l’entreprise étrangère.
