Seconded employees made available to a user undertaking established in France benefit from the stipulations of the agreements and arrangements applicable to the workplace and to the employees employed by this user undertaking in the matters mentioned in article L. 1251-21, and with regard to remuneration in accordance with article L. 1251-18.

Les salariés détachés mis à disposition d’une entreprise utilisatrice établie en France bénéficient des stipulations des conventions et accords applicables au lieu de travail et aux salariés employés par cette entreprise utilisatrice dans les matières mentionnées à l’article L. 1251-21, et en matière de rémunération conformément à l’article L. 1251-18.
