Withdrawal of approval is decided by a reasoned decision of the Minister for Sport. This order is published in the Journal officiel de la République française.

The federation benefiting from the approval is informed in advance of the reasons for which the withdrawal of approval is envisaged, and is given the opportunity to present its observations.

Le retrait de l’agrément est prononcé par arrêté motivé du ministre chargé des sports. Cet arrêté est publié au Journal officiel de la République française.

La fédération bénéficiaire de l’agrément est préalablement informée des motifs pour lesquels le retrait de l’agrément est envisagé, et mise à même de présenter ses observations.
