The approved sports federation undertakes to disseminate and promote the principles of the Republican Commitment Contract among its members who are :
1° An association affiliated to the federation;
2° A licence holder of the federation;
3° A profit-making organisation whose purpose is the practice of one or more of the federation’s disciplines and which they authorise to issue licences;
4° An organisation whose purpose is not the practice of one or more of the federation’s disciplines, but which contributes to the development of one or more of these disciplines;
5° A sports company.
To this end, it shall send them the contract of republican commitment referred to in article L. 131-8. For the members mentioned in 2°, this communication takes place during the procedure for issuing the licence provided for in article L. 131-6.
The approved sports federation also undertakes to disseminate and promote the principles of the Republican Commitment Contract to its employees and volunteers and to the holders of permits allowing participation in the sports activities of the federation. To this end, it informs them by any means of the commitments it has entered into.
The approved sports federation undertakes to organise, directly or indirectly, training sessions relating to the detection, reporting and prevention of behaviour that contravenes the principles of the Republican Commitment Contract, from which it shall in particular benefit the managers of the members mentioned in 1°, 3°, 4° and 5° as well as its employees or volunteers acting in a managerial capacity.
