Article R131-26-3 of the French Sports Code

Applications for delegation or its renewal must be submitted no later than:

– 30 June of the year following that of the Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games;

-30 June of the year in which the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games are held for federations applying for the delegation of a sport included in the Olympic or Paralympic Winter Games or which, although not included in the programme of these Games, is practised mainly in winter.

La demande de délégation ou de son renouvellement est présentée au plus tard :

-le 30 juin de l’année suivant celle des jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques d’été ;

-le 30 juin de l’année durant laquelle se tiennent les jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques d’hiver pour les fédérations qui sollicitent la délégation d’une discipline sportive inscrite aux jeux Olympiques ou Paralympiques d’hiver ou qui, sans être inscrite au programme de ces jeux, est pratiquée principalement en hiver.
