The delegation contract referred to in article L. 131-14 sets out the conditions under which the federation exercises the prerogatives of public authority delegated to it and the tasks entrusted to it by the laws and regulations in force.
To this end, the delegation contract contains in particular:
1° The list, among the sports delegated to the federation, of the disciplines recognised as high level and the specialities that make up these sports;
2° The commitments made by the federation, within the framework of the guidelines set by the minister responsible for sport for the development of the federal national strategy, in terms of:
protection of the physical and moral integrity of individuals, in particular minors;
-preservation of the ethics and fairness of sporting competitions;
-concertations undertaken with representative players, in particular athletes and coaches, in the delegated discipline(s);
-sustainable development;
-good governance of the federation and its regional and departmental bodies;
3° The main lines and objectives of the development project for the federation holding a delegation of a discipline specifically dedicated to the practice of sport by people with disabilities, and their implementation in its regional and departmental bodies;
4° The support measures implemented by the State or via the National Sports Agency for the benefit of the federation to carry out the actions set out in its national strategy and within the framework of its prerogatives as a public authority;
5° The conditions for monitoring the commitments made by the federation and the State.
The contract concluded between the State and the federation takes effect from the entry into force of the order referred to in article R. 131-26-1.
