Article R131-29 of the French Sports Code

The Minister responsible for sport may refuse to grant or renew the delegation on any of the following grounds:

1° Failure to respect the general interest in the promotion and development of physical and sporting activities;

2° Non-compliance with one of the conditions mentioned in articles R. 131-25 and R. 131-27;

3° In the case of renewal, non-compliance with the commitments set out in the delegation contract in force for the previous period.

Article R131-29

Le ministre chargé des sports peut refuser la délégation ou son renouvellement pour l’un des motifs suivants :


1° Non-respect de l’intérêt général qui s’attache à la promotion et au développement des activités physiques et sportives ;

2° Non-respect de l’une des conditions mentionnées aux articles R. 131-25 et R. 131-27 ;


3° Dans le cas d’un renouvellement, non-respect des engagements fixés par le contrat de délégation en vigueur pour la période précédente.
