Article R131-8 of the French Sports Code

Any amendment to the articles of association, the internal regulations, the disciplinary regulations or the financial regulations adopted after approval has been granted comes into force as from its adoption by the general meeting or, where applicable, in the case of the disciplinary regulations, by the competent collegiate body and is notified without delay to the Minister for Sport. It shall be accompanied by the minutes of the general meeting or collegiate body that approved it.

If the modification is not compatible with the approval granted to the federation, the Minister responsible for Sport shall request, in a reasoned decision, that the necessary adjustments be made within a reasonable period of time, which he shall set.
