Article R132-5 of the French Sports Code

The governing body referred to in article R. 132-4 meets at least three times a year.

The articles of association of the professional league shall specify the rules governing the convening and deliberation of the governing body and the conditions under which it shall appoint an executive committee. They stipulate that the governing body may, within the limits of its remit, set up specialised committees whose remit it defines.

The decisions of the governing body are forwarded to the federation.

L’instance dirigeante mentionnée à l’article R. 132-4 se réunit au moins trois fois par an.

Les statuts de la ligue professionnelle précisent les règles de convocation et de délibération de l’instance dirigeante ainsi que les conditions dans lesquelles elle se dote d’un bureau. Ils prévoient que l’instance dirigeante peut, dans les limites de ses attributions, constituer des commissions spécialisées dont elle définit les compétences.

Les délibérations de l’instance dirigeante sont transmises à la fédération.
