Article R132-6 of the French Sports Code

The articles of association of the professional league shall specify the procedure applicable to the election of the members of its general meeting and of the governing body referred to in article R. 132-4. In particular, they shall provide for the creation of an electoral commission responsible for monitoring the regularity of electoral operations and the conditions under which these operations may be contested.

Les statuts de la ligue professionnelle précisent la procédure applicable à l’élection des membres de son assemblée générale et de l’instance dirigeante mentionnée à l’article R. 132-4. Ils prévoient notamment la création d’une commission électorale chargée de contrôler la régularité des opérations électorales ainsi que les conditions dans lesquelles ces opérations peuvent être contestées.
