Article R133-1 of the French Tourism Code

The rules of Section 2 of Chapter I of Title II of Book II of Part Two of the General Local Authorities Code concerning local authorities with legal personality and financial autonomy are applicable to tourist offices constituted in the form of a public industrial and commercial establishment mentioned in the second paragraph of Article L. 133-2, subject to the provisions of this sub-section.

Les règles de la section 2 du chapitre Ier du titre II du livre II de la deuxième partie du code général des collectivités territoriales concernant les régies communales dotées de la personnalité morale et de l’autonomie financière sont applicables aux offices de tourisme constitués sous la forme d’un établissement public industriel et commercial mentionnés au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 133-2, sous réserve des dispositions de la présente sous-section.
