The publicity measures referred to in Article L. 134-7 include an information campaign conducted at the initiative of the Ministry responsible for culture, in conjunction with the collective management bodies and professional organisations in the book sector.
This campaign includes the presentation of the scheme on an online public communication service, an online mailing operation, the publication of inserts in the national press as well as the distribution of banners on information websites.
It begins on the date provided for in the first paragraph of article R. 134-1 and continues for a period of six months.
