Article R134-11 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The publicity measures referred to in Article L. 134-7 include an information campaign conducted at the initiative of the Ministry responsible for culture, in conjunction with the collective management bodies and professional organisations in the book sector.

This campaign includes the presentation of the scheme on an online public communication service, an online mailing operation, the publication of inserts in the national press as well as the distribution of banners on information websites.

It begins on the date provided for in the first paragraph of article R. 134-1 and continues for a period of six months.

Les mesures de publicité mentionnées à l’article L. 134-7 comportent une campagne d’information menée à l’initiative du ministère chargé de la culture, en liaison avec les organismes de gestion collective et les organisations professionnelles du secteur du livre.

Cette campagne comprend la présentation du dispositif sur un service de communication au public en ligne, une opération de publipostage en ligne, la publication d’encarts dans la presse nationale ainsi que la diffusion de bannières sur des sites internet d’information.

Elle débute à la date prévue au premier alinéa de l’article R. 134-1 et se poursuit durant une période de six mois.
