Article R141-24 of the French Sports Code

In the event of an appeal to the courts, the conciliation proposal is forwarded to the competent court by the chairman of the conciliators’ conference.

In the case of optional conciliation, the conciliation procedure ends either with the signing of an agreement or with the establishment of a disagreement, either of which is recorded in a report drawn up under the supervision of the duly appointed conciliators.

Article R141-24

En cas de recours devant les tribunaux, la proposition de conciliation est transmise à la juridiction compétente par le président de la conférence des conciliateurs.

En matière de conciliation facultative, la procédure de conciliation prend fin soit par la signature d’un accord, soit par la constatation d’un désaccord, l’un ou l’autre constaté par procès-verbal établi sous le contrôle des conciliateurs régulièrement désignés.
