Article R1425-21 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

A final arbitration report shall set out in its conclusions the provisions to be included in the agreement provided for in Article L. 1424-17.

This report is sent to the parties concerned and to the prefect.

Ce rapport est transmis aux parties concernées ainsi qu’au préfet.
