Article R1432-77 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency may be represented by the Deputy Director or the Secretary General of the Agency when chairing the Agency and Working Conditions Committee. If they are unable to attend or are absent, he will appoint another member of management. This is recorded in the minutes of the meeting.

The colleges for the election of staff representatives, mentioned in 1° and 2° of 2 of I of article L. 1432-1, all appoint an equal number of full members and alternates.

Article R1432-77

Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé peut, pour l’exercice de la présidence du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail, être représenté par le directeur adjoint ou le secrétaire général de l’agence. En cas d’empêchement ou d’absence de ceux-ci, il désigne un autre membre de la direction. Il en est alors fait mention au procès-verbal de la réunion.

Les collèges d’élection des représentants du personnel, mentionnés au 1° et 2° du 2 du I de l’article L. 1432-1, désignent tous un nombre égal de titulaires et de suppléants.
