Article R144-2 of the French Insurance Code

The contracts referred to in article L. 144-1 taken out with a view to guaranteeing a lifetime income include a clause which allows members to opt each year for the payment of a premium or contribution, the annual amount of which is between a minimum which varies each year in line with the ceiling provided for inarticle L. 241-3 of the Social Security Code and a maximum equal to fifteen times the annual amount of the minimum contribution.

Les contrats mentionnés à l’article L. 144-1 souscrits en vue de garantir un revenu viager comportent une clause qui permet aux adhérents d’opter chaque année pour le versement d’une prime ou cotisation dont le montant annuel est compris entre un minimum qui varie chaque année parallèlement au plafond prévu à l’article L. 241-3 du code de la sécurité sociale et un maximum égal à quinze fois le montant annuel de la cotisation minimale.
