Article R1442-22-6 of the French Labour Code

The Secretary General of the First Presidency of the Court of Cassation acts as secretary to the Committee. If the Secretary General is unable to act, the secretariat is provided by a judge delegated for this purpose by the First President.

Le secrétariat de la commission est assuré par le secrétaire général de la première présidence de la Cour de cassation. En cas d’empêchement du secrétaire général, le secrétariat est assuré par un magistrat du siège délégué à cette fin par le Premier président.
