The annual summary statement referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 145-40-2, which includes the liquidation and regularisation of service charge accounts, is communicated to the tenant no later than 30 September of the year following the year for which it was drawn up or, in the case of condominiums, within three months of the statement of condominium service charges for the annual financial year. The lessor shall provide the lessee, at the lessee’s request, with any document justifying the amount of charges, taxes, duties and fees charged to the lessee.
