Article R1524-13 of the French Labour Code

For application in Mayotte, the first three paragraphs of article R. 1441-4 are replaced by a paragraph worded as follows:

“For the cross-industry section, all the votes cast are taken into account, with the exception of the votes cast for the management section. “

Pour l’application à Mayotte, les trois premiers alinéas de l’article R. 1441-4 sont remplacés par un alinéa ainsi rédigé :

“ Pour la section interprofessionnelle, sont pris en compte tous les suffrages exprimés à l’exception des suffrages exprimés pris en compte pour la section de l’encadrement. ”
