Article R1524-14 of the French Labour Code

For application in Mayotte, article R. 1441-9 reads as follows:

“Art. R. 1441-9.For the cross-industry and management sections, the following are taken into account:

1° Companies that are direct members of a professional employers’ organisation that is a candidate, as the case may be, at the level of a professional branch or at the national and inter-professional level, or of a territorial structure of this organisation;

2° Companies that are members of a professional employers’ organisation that is not a candidate or of a territorial structure of this organisation, when it is a member of a professional employers’ organisation that is a candidate, as the case may be, at the level of a professional branch or at the national and inter-professional level;

3° Member companies in the sectors of activity mentioned in the fourth paragraph of Article L. 2152-1. “

Pour l’application à Mayotte, l’article R. 1441-9 est ainsi rédigé :

“ Art. R. 1441-9.-Pour les sections interprofessionnelles et de l’encadrement, sont prises en compte :

1° Les entreprises directement adhérentes à une organisation professionnelle d’employeurs candidate, selon le cas, au niveau d’une branche professionnelle ou au niveau national et interprofessionnel, ou à une structure territoriale de cette organisation ;

2° Les entreprises adhérentes à une organisation professionnelle d’employeurs non candidate ou à une structure territoriale de cette organisation, lorsqu’elle adhère à une organisation professionnelle d’employeurs candidate, selon le cas, au niveau d’une branche professionnelle ou au niveau national et interprofessionnel ;

3° Les entreprises adhérentes des secteurs d’activité mentionnés au quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 2152-1. ”
