The presumption that the insurance obligation has been met is established by the supporting document for the period mentioned on that document. However, this presumption remains valid for one month from the expiry of this period.

La présomption qu’il a été satisfait à l’obligation d’assurance est établie par le document justificatif pour la période mentionnée sur ce document. Toutefois, cette présomption subsiste un mois à compter de l’expiration de cette période.
