Within twenty days of the medical examination, the doctor will send a copy of his report to the insurer, the victim and, where applicable, the doctor who assisted the victim.

Dans un délai de vingt jours à compter de l’examen médical, le médecin adresse un exemplaire de son rapport à l’assureur, à la victime et, le cas échéant, au médecin qui a assisté celle-ci.
