Article R2122-14 of the French Labour Code

The recipients of the personal data collected are :

1° For all the information mentioned in article R. 2122-12, including the registration number in the national register for the identification of natural persons for the purposes of detecting multiple registrations: the agents of the service providers responsible for drawing up the electoral roll acting on behalf of the Minister for Labour;

2° For all the information mentioned in article R. 2122-12, with the exception of the registration number in the national identification register of natural persons: employees of the departments of the regional directorates for companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment and the central departments of the ministry responsible for labour and employees of the service provider acting on behalf of the minister responsible for labour for the implementation of postal voting and remote electronic voting;

3° For information relating to the surnames, first names, colleges, home addresses of voters and the identifier or title of the collective agreement relating to the job held: the representative of each of the candidate trade union organisations.

Les destinataires des données à caractère personnel collectées sont :

1° Pour l’ensemble des informations mentionnées à l’article R. 2122-12 y compris le numéro d’inscription au répertoire national d’identification des personnes physiques aux fins de détection d’inscriptions multiples : les agents des prestataires en charge de l’élaboration de la liste électorale agissant pour le compte du ministre chargé du travail ;

2° Pour toutes les informations mentionnées à l’article R. 2122-12 à l’exclusion du numéro d’inscription au répertoire national d’identification des personnes physiques : les agents des services des directions régionales des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi et des services centraux du ministère chargé du travail et les agents du prestataire agissant pour le compte du ministre chargé du travail pour la mise en place du vote par correspondance et du vote électronique à distance ;

3° Pour les informations portant sur les noms, prénoms, collèges, adresses du domicile des électeurs ainsi que l’identifiant ou l’intitulé de la convention collective relative à l’emploi occupé : le mandataire de chacune des organisations syndicales candidates.
