Article R2122-59 of the French Labour Code

Each candidate trade union organisation at national and cross-industry level may appoint five delegates who are authorised to monitor all voting operations and to have any observations noted in the minutes.

Access to the polling station is guaranteed to these delegates, with a limit of two delegates per organisation at any one time.

Chaque organisation syndicale candidate au niveau national et interprofessionnel peut désigner cinq délégués habilités à contrôler l’ensemble des opérations du vote et à faire mentionner au procès-verbal toute observation.
