Article R2122-76 of the French Labour Code

The processing centre may not accept as postal votes any envelopes other than the official envelopes marked “Postal vote” delivered by the service provider responsible for postal delivery, acting on behalf of the Minister for Labour. Envelopes of any other nature shall be kept unopened by the processing centre with a view to their being appended to the minutes of the vote count.

Le centre de traitement ne peut accepter comme vote émis par correspondance aucun pli autre que les plis officiels portant la mention ” Vote par correspondance ” remis par le prestataire en charge de l’acheminement postal, agissant pour le compte du ministre chargé du travail. Les plis d’une autre nature sont conservés sans être ouverts par le centre de traitement en vue de leur annexion au procès-verbal de dépouillement du scrutin.
