Article R2183-7 of the French Public procurement code

For research and development service contracts awarded by a contracting entity, the information concerning the nature and quantity of the services may be limited:
1° To the words “research and development services” where the contract was awarded without prior advertising or competitive tendering in accordance with 1° of Article R. 2122-11;
2° To information at least as detailed as that which appeared in the notice used as a call for competition.

Pour les marchés de services de recherche et développement passés par une entité adjudicatrice, les informations concernant la nature et la quantité des services peuvent être limitées :
1° A la mention ” services de recherche et développement ” lorsque le marché a été passé sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables conformément au 1° de l’article R. 2122-11 ;
2° A des informations au moins aussi détaillées que celles qui figuraient dans l’avis qui a été utilisé comme appel à la concurrence.
